Day 9 - Burn Phase

Today, focus on hydration before hunger. Sometimes when cravings creep in, it’s actually dehydration in disguise. Try adding lime and/or lemon to your FIT today or mixing together a Hydrated and Energized. Also, drink a big glass of water between meals and tune into how much better you feel staying ahead of thirst.  Refrain from other zero calorie flavored drinks and use water as your superpower!
