Day 8 - Burn Phase

You’ve completed your  first full week — you’re doing amazing! Today track your weight for the 1st time and evaluate how closely you are following the plan on a scale of 1-10.  8+ you can expect weight loss!  Regardless of the scale, focus most on celebrating non-scale victories: better sleep, better mood, clearer skin, less bloating, more energy. The scale can’t measure your strength, discipline, or healing — but you can feel it. Keep stacking those small wins!
