Today's focus: protein and pacing yourself. Getting enough high-quality protein at each meal will curb cravings, protect muscle, and keep you energized. Fat burning isn’t about speed — it’s about steady, sustainable change. Stay consistent, stay fueled, and remind yourself: Consistency beats perfection every single time.

When using daily Menus you can swap a lunch for a lunch or a dinner for a dinner, etc.  Do not swap a breakfast for a lunch or dinner because the macros are different.  Only swap straight across.
