Day 27 - Burn Phase

Almost to a great milestone! Today, focus on reflecting and visualizing. Think back to where you started — and journal where you want to go next if you keep building on this momentum. The best transformations aren't just physical. They're mental, emotional, and spiritual too. You've awakened something powerful inside you!

If you want to do this again another round through, take 10 days off from this plan before starting again.  You can continue on your peptide regimen, workouts and be mindful of eating but give yourself a looser rein.  Then you can step back into another round with full ability to continue increasing your body’s BURN!
