Day 23 - Burn Phase

If  you’ve had an off meal, or an off day,  you didn’t erase all the good days you had and you are not back at zero! Every choice you’ve made toward your health has strengthened you. Dust off, reset, and keep going!  

When you miss a meal or fall off the rule is to jump back on right where you should be.  Don’t change things or eat more or less of something. Simply eat what your Body Burn plan says to do next:)
