Day 21 - Burn Phase
Let’s talk about energy over effort. Instead of thinking, “I have to do this,” shift your mindset to, “I get to do this.” Fueling your body, staying hydrated, moving intentionally — these are privileges, not punishments. Shift the energy behind your actions today and feel the difference!
How is your portion size? If you aren’t ever hungry that isn’t good and if you are too hungry that isn’t good either. If you are getting hungrier GREAT! Hunger means your metabolism is increasing. If hunger is just telling you it’s time to eat again then leave your portions the same. If the hunger lingers and you are well hydrated, you can increase your protein an ounce or two, or you may want to up a half or full portion size.
