Day 17 - Burn Phase

Back into Burn mode! Today’s tip: plan ahead!  You should never go longer than a maximum of 4 hours without food.  In fact, if your metabolism is really revved by this point you will need to eat at 3 hours. Don’t eat sooner than 2.5 hours after the last meal. Pack your appropriate meals and bring your water bottle.  Preparedness turns willpower into effortless success. Set yourself up to win!
