Day 15 - Burn Phase

Today you’ll notice an extra burn day before tomorrow's refuel.  Make sure to stay well hydrated today and don’t do an intense workout until after you refuel tomorrow.  Celebrate that you are past the 2 week mark!. People quit when they try.  Not you! You DO it, not try it!. You’re still here, moving forward. Pause for a second and give yourself serious credit — you have officially gotten in a groove…. Keep building that fire inside!
